NOOOO.

I DO NOT ACCEPT THIS.

Holmes is NEVER EVER EVER unhappy that he’s right. EVER. It is completely against his character. If that’s where they’re going with this, you can be damn sure it will go against everything Sherlockians like about book!Holmes, film!Holmes, and TV!Holmes.

//HEADDESK

he’s unhappy when he’s right when he’s arrived too late and another person has been killed

because sherlock holmes is upset when people die

because the holmes of the books is actually fucking human and not whatever cumberbatch’s holmes was

funny you should mention book!holmes, OP, because i’m pretty sure you’ve never read them if you really think that

As a fan of book!Holmes, movie!Holmes (Ritchie), and TV!Holmes (Granada) I have no fucking clue what OP is talking about.

On the other hand I found Cumberbatch’s portrayal of Holmes rather unpleasant and this is one of the reasons why I never became a fan of BBC Sherlock. I’m really looking forward to Miller’s performance because based on the previews CBS!Holmes actually seems to be a likeable character.
